  Event Details

  Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the event. Each guest will receive two (2) drink tickets for alcoholic beverages. 

  If you are an individual player, you will draw for your bay upon check-in. There will be 6 people assigned to each bay.

  We will have one bay set-up as the "competition" bay. You can participate in the 50/50 competition during the 2:00-3:45 PM time slot, $20 for 3 chances. The Winner will be announced between 3:45-4:00 PM

  • No alcohol is allowed before or during shooting activities.
  • Safety glasses and hearing protection are required in all shooting areas.
  • Gun actions MUST be kept open and unloaded except within the shooting stations.
  • In the event of a tie, awards will be determined by a scorecard shoot-off.
  • Individual awards will be determined by RAW SCORE ONLY.
  • Cogence Alliance reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program, refuse entry or cause withdrawal of any shooter or team, if conditions warrant.
  • Beer and wine will be provided to dinner participants.

  The 2026 Cogence Biannual Town Hall

  
  

  The 2026 Town Hall is a two-day event being held on September 15th and 16th making its return to the Huntington Convention Center, located in downtown Cleveland, OH.

  This years Town Hall will feature dynamic speakers and session tracks; the Walter Jones Drive Awards and more! There will be a networking reception on day 1, with a tour of an exciting local project on day 2 to wrap up events. Please note: Cogence will submit for LU's for session tracks that are eligible, we will announce the approvals as they are received.
